Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 20 prawns
  • 2 tsp butter
  • 1/2 cup creamy Sella rice
  • few strands saffron
  • 2 slices of fresh lemon
  • 1/4 tsp Thyme

Instructions

  1. Cook the rice in salted water with saffron.
  2. Rinse and strain rice in a colander
  3. Add some butter to a pot with 2 slices of fresh lemon.
  4. Add thyme and simmer with rice until heated.
  5. All that now remains to be done would be to dig in and enjoy this scrumptious meal.
