Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 can of chopped peaches (approx. 400g)
  • 750g Cape Fruit yogurt
  • 2 packets of orange jelly
  • 1/2 cup condensed milk
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil 2 cups of water, then add the 2 packets of orange jelly until fully dissolved.
  2. Add 2 cups of cold water and stir. Let it cool slightly.
  3. Pour half the jelly into your serving glasses for the bottom layer.
  4. Pop it in the fridge to set for about 30 minutes.
  5. While the jelly sets, mix ½ cup condensed milk with the remaining jelly.
  6. Pour this creamy mix over the set jelly in each glass.
  7. Return to the fridge until this middle layer firms up.
  8. In a bowl, mix 1 can of chopped peaches with 750g Cape Fruit yogurt.
  9. Once the jelly layers are set, spoon this peach-yogurt mix over the top.
  10. Finish off each glass with a slice of peach and a few fresh mint leaves for garnish.

Optional twist: Swap peaches for fresh strawberries for a tangy, colorful variation.
