- 1 peeled banana
- 1/4 cup steel-cut oats
- 3/4 cup ice
- 1-2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
- Milk or soy milk as needed
Instructions
- Place Greek yogurt, peanut butter, banana, oats, ice, vanilla, and honey (or maple syrup) into a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Add milk or soy milk to reach your desired consistency.
- Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately.
