Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can pineapple pieces or rings (cut into small blocks)
  • 2 pineapple jellies
  • 1 can of Ideal Milk
  • 1 packet of tennis biscuits
  • 2 tablespoons gelatin, soaked in 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. Dissolve 2 pineapple jellies in 2 cups of hot water, stir well, then add 1 cup of cold water and mix again. Set aside to cool completely.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, pour in 1 can of Ideal milk and beat until thick and creamy.
  3. Add the cooled jelly mixture, along with the soaked 2 tablespoons of gelatin, to the Ideal milk, and mix until everything is nicely combined.
  4. In a serving dish, pour half of the milk-jelly mixture.
  5. Layer half of the tennis biscuits on top, then pour the remaining mixture over.
  6. Arrange the pineapple pieces evenly on top and sprinkle lightly with crushed biscuits for some extra texture.
