Description
Za’atar Spiced Chicken, a Middle Eastern dish, potatoes, and sweet potatoes served with a side of corn and sautéed broccolini.

Instructions
- Prepare the chicken and potatoes and pat dry.
- Rub generous with olive oil then sprinkle with za’atar.
- Place the whole onion in the cavity and roast at 180C for about 40-50 minutes or until fully cooked.
- Add in the potatoes halfway through cooking the bird.
- Add oil to a pan, season and sauté the broccoli then same with the corn.
- Enjoy!!
