Description

These Spicy Mustard Nuts are my new go-to snack. A little sweet, a little heat, and seriously addicting. Made with almonds, walnuts, cashews, and a simple mustard spice mix, they roast up golden and full of flavor in under 30 minutes.

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a large bowl, toss together the walnuts, almonds, cashews, pistachios, olive oil, and Dijon mustard until everything is well coated.
  4. In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar, dry mustard, coriander, salt, cayenne, and pepper.
  5. Sprinkle this over the nuts and stir until evenly coated.
  6. Spread the nuts in a single layer on your prepared baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 20–30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until they smell toasty and look golden.
  8. Let them cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
  9. They’ll stay fresh for up to a week, if they last that long!

These nuts have the perfect balance of sweet, salty, and spicy. The texture is crunchy, the flavor is bold, and they’re super easy to make. Whether you’re putting out a snack for guests or need a quick bite between meals, this recipe delivers.
