Description

Ingredients

Stir-Fry:

  • 3 cups leftover pork roast, thinly sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 small green pepper, sliced
  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • Oil for cooking

Sauce:


Instructions

Stir-Fry:

  1. Thinly slice the pork, uniform slices cook evenly and look great.
  2. Heat a bit of oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Stir-fry the onion and green pepper for 1–2 minutes until slightly tender.
  4. Add the ginger-garlic paste and cook for 30 seconds until aromatic.
  5. Toss in the sliced pork and stir to coat everything.

Sauce

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl
  2. Pour in the sauce and let it bubble, stirring until it thickens and coats everything beautifully.

Pair with steamed rice or noodles and enjoy a flavor-packed meal.
