Stir-Fry:
- 3 cups leftover pork roast, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 small green pepper, sliced
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- Oil for cooking

Sauce:
- 1 1/2 cups chicken stock
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 tsp dark soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- A dash of white pepper
Instructions
Stir-Fry:
- Thinly slice the pork, uniform slices cook evenly and look great.
- Heat a bit of oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
- Stir-fry the onion and green pepper for 1–2 minutes until slightly tender.
- Add the ginger-garlic paste and cook for 30 seconds until aromatic.
- Toss in the sliced pork and stir to coat everything.
Sauce
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl
- Pour in the sauce and let it bubble, stirring until it thickens and coats everything beautifully.
Pair with steamed rice or noodles and enjoy a flavor-packed meal.
