Ingredients

- 1 medium sweet potato
- 1 can chickpeas also called Garbanzo beans 15,4oz 439g
- 1 tsp crushed garlic
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 large jalapeño
- 2 Tbs Tahini
- 2 Tbs fresh lemon juice
Instructions
- Wash and prick sweet potato very well.
- Bake in microwave oven for 7 min, turning halfway through on high.
- Drain chickpeas
- Remove the skin from the sweet potato
- Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth
- Season to taste. Enjoy
