- 1 kg chicken legs and thighs
- 1 tbsp tandoori masala
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- Fresh chilies, chopped (to taste)
- Pinch of turmeric
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt, to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine tandoori masala, ginger garlic paste, chilies, turmeric, lemon juice, tomato paste, olive oil, and salt.
- Add the chicken pieces and coat well with the marinade.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (overnight gives the best flavor).
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Bake chicken on a lined tray for 35–40 minutes, or until fully cooked and slightly charred.
- Serve hot with naan, rice, or salad.
