Instructions

  1. Slice pork into large but thin slices.
  2. Marinate pork and set aside for 15 minutes.
  3. Boil some water for the broccoli, then add wine, salt, sugar, and ginger.
  4. Once at a rolling boil add broccoli and blanch broccoli for 3 minutes, then remove and set aside.
  5. Add ½ bottle oil to wok.
  6. Stir the pork then add to hot oil and fry pork until pork changes color.
  7. Remove and drain the oil leaving 1 tbsp.
  8. Add garlic, ginger, and broccoli, and stir fry for 2 minutes.
  9. Add pork and add 1 tbsp Shaoxing and chicken stock, 2 tsp sugar, and oyster sauce.
  10. Make a well in the center and add the cornstarch slurry.
  11. Allow bubbling then mix it through.
  12. Serve with white rice.
