Looking for a tasty, healthy snack. Try making these easy fish nuggets tonight.


Ingredients

Fish Nuggets

  • 10-12 Fillets (hake/cod/tilapia)
  • 1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Paprika
  • 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 2 teaspoons lemon Juice
  • 1 egg (lightly beaten)
  • 1 Teaspoon Oregano
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Dipping Station

  • 2 Eggs (beaten)
  • Breadcrumbs (to coat)

Instructions

  1. Gently cook the fish in plain water till it turns opaque.
  2. Drain and flake.
  3. In a large bowl add the remaining ingredients to the fish and mix.
  4. Gently press into a baking sheet then place in the freezer for about 30 minutes.
  5. Remove from freezer, cut into squares, and dip in egg then coat in breadcrumbs.
  6. Lay in a single layer on a baking sheet and place in the fridge for about 15 minutes.
  7. Remove from fridge then fry on medium heat till golden brown.
  8. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy!!
