Fish Nuggets
- 10-12 Fillets (hake/cod/tilapia)
- 1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Paprika
- 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
- 2 teaspoons lemon Juice
- 1 egg (lightly beaten)
- 1 Teaspoon Oregano
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Dipping Station
- 2 Eggs (beaten)
- Breadcrumbs (to coat)
Instructions
- Gently cook the fish in plain water till it turns opaque.
- Drain and flake.
- In a large bowl add the remaining ingredients to the fish and mix.
- Gently press into a baking sheet then place in the freezer for about 30 minutes.
- Remove from freezer, cut into squares, and dip in egg then coat in breadcrumbs.
- Lay in a single layer on a baking sheet and place in the fridge for about 15 minutes.
- Remove from fridge then fry on medium heat till golden brown.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy!!
