Thermomix Dinner Rolls that Turn Meals Into Memories

- 375 g Bread Flour
- 5 g Instant Yeast
- 8 g Salt
- 20 g Sugar
- 250 g Milk
- 1 large Egg
- 75 g Unsalted Butter
Instructions
I made this in my Thermomix.
- Heat the milk, add the warmed milk, sugar, and yeast, and let it sit for 2 minutes at 37°C.
- Add the rest of the ingredients.
- Knead 5 minutes.
- Let it rest in a bowl for 45 minutes.
- Divide dough into 15 or 16 pieces.
- Place them close together in a pan.
- Allow to proof covered for another 45 minutes.
- Bake at 190°C/375°F for approximately 12 minutes.
- Allow to cool before serving. They are very soft and fluffy.
Bakers suggestion
I would probably reduce the butter next time by about 25g (use 50g) and increase the flour to around 400g.
