- 100 g dark chocolate (60-70% works best)
- 1 packet double cream
- 1-2 tbsp powdered sugar (optional, if you like it sweeter)
Instructions
- Break chocolate into pieces and melt in a heatproof bowl over simmering water or, if you prefer, in the microwave at short 30-second intervals.
- Stir until smooth. Let it cool slightly for 5 minutes.
- In another bowl, whip cream until soft peaks form. Add sugar (optional) here if youβre using it.
- Slowly fold the cooled chocolate into the whipped cream. Take your time so it stays airy.
- Divide into small glasses or cups and chill for 1β2 hours until set.
- Serve with extra cream, shaved chocolate, berries, or a sprinkle of crushed biscuits for crunch.
