Description

Two simple ingredients create a dessert that’s creamy, chocolatey, and naturally sweet. Perfect for a guilt-free indulgence. Whip up this treat and enjoy the compliments.


Ingredients

  • 5 ripe bananas (soft but not mushy)
  • 225g vegan chocolate chips (semi-sweet or milk-style if not strictly vegan)

Decoration - Optional:

  • Raspberries
  • Lotus biscuit

Instructions

  1. Peel the 5 ripe bananas and slice them into chunks.
  2. Add them to a blender and blend until completely smooth with no lumps.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the 225g vegan chocolate chips for 1 minute.
  4. Stir, then microwave for another 30 seconds if needed, until fully smooth.
  5. Let the chocolate cool slightly so it doesn’t cook the banana.
  6. Pour the melted chocolate into the banana purée and blend again until silky and thick.
  7. For a spoonable serving, divide into small glass dishes, chill, and serve with toppings of your choice.
