- 5 ripe bananas (soft but not mushy)
- 225g vegan chocolate chips (semi-sweet or milk-style if not strictly vegan)

- Lotus biscuit
Instructions
- Peel the 5 ripe bananas and slice them into chunks.
- Add them to a blender and blend until completely smooth with no lumps.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the 225g vegan chocolate chips for 1 minute.
- Stir, then microwave for another 30 seconds if needed, until fully smooth.
- Let the chocolate cool slightly so it doesn’t cook the banana.
- Pour the melted chocolate into the banana purée and blend again until silky and thick.
- For a spoonable serving, divide into small glass dishes, chill, and serve with toppings of your choice.
