Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas, drained
  • 2 or 3 pickles, size dependant, finely diced
  • 1 small onion, finely diced
  • 1 big handful of lettuce, chopped
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup vegan mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Mash the chickpeas a bit, but not completely.
  2. Some should still be whole.
  3. Then just mix everything together.
