Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas, drained
- 2 or 3 pickles, size dependant, finely diced
- 1 small onion, finely diced
- 1 big handful of lettuce, chopped
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup vegan mayonnaise
Instructions
- Mash the chickpeas a bit, but not completely.
- Some should still be whole.
- Then just mix everything together.
