Description
Imagine biting into a crispy, golden crust topped with loads of fresh vegetables, herbs, and a hint of olive oil. Sounds amazing, right? That’s the magic of veggie focaccia pizza, an upgrade to regular pizza that will change the way you think about toppings.

- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp instant yeast
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 cup warm water
- 1 cup of cheese

Instructions
- Add all dry ingredients in a bowl
- Mix gently
- Add oil and water
- Make it into a soft dough
- Knead for 5 minutes
- Oil the bottom of a bowl
- Place the dough in the bowl
- Cover with Glad Press’n Seal Plastic Food Wrap
- Leave for an hour or until it doubles in size
- Then, punch gently
- Add whatever toppings you want
- Add lots of cheese
- Bake in oven at 180C/350F for 20 minutes
