- 4 tablespoons cake flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- Pinch of salt
- A little oil for the pan
Instructions
- Beat the egg with half the milk.
- Slowly stir that into the flour and salt until smooth.
- Let the batter sit in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Set your oven to 200°C (392°F).
- Pour a little oil into each muffin pan cup and heat in the oven for 3 minutes. The oil should be hot but not smoking.
- Quickly pour the chilled batter into the hot muffin cups and bake for 20 minutes until they puff up and turn golden.
