Description
These zesty chicken thighs were frozen when I started them off in the IP and then ended it off in the oven. Turned out quick and yummy!

- 8 chicken thighs (frozen)
- 1 tbsp. teriyaki sauce
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp. oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp chili flake
- 1 tsp garlic/ginger paste
- 1 cup chicken stock
Instructions
- Place the chicken into the pot.
- Whisk the teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and oyster sauce with the remaining ingredients and pour over the chicken.
- Pressure cook for 15 minutes.
- Quick-release.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and pour some of the sauce over it.
- Bake uncovered at 180C / 350F for 15 minutes.
- Serve with your favorite sides.
