- 8 mushrooms, sliced
- 3 fresh tomatoes, chopped
- A handful of fresh basil, chopped
- 200g mozzarella, shredded or sliced
- 1 1/2 cups cottage cheese and ricotta mixed
- 1/2 jar of Simply Natural pasta sauce
Instructions
- Grab a baking dish and layer everything twice: zucchini, mushrooms, tomatoes, basil, cheese mix, sauce, then mozzarella. Repeat the layers.
