Zucchini Patties that turn simple ingredients into something crave-worthy. Everyone will ask for seconds!
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 onion
- 2 zucchini
- 2 eggs
- A mix of salt, pepper, chili flakes, and turmeric (or whatever you like)
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Grate the zucchini and onion. Crack in the eggs. Add your seasoning. Mix everything together until well combined.
- Heat a little oil in a pan. Scoop some of the mix into the pan and flatten it slightly. Cook until golden on both sides.
Crispy outside, soft inside, these are quick, easy, and so good you’ll want to make them again.
