Description
This is one of the simplest, quickest pizza dough recipes you’ll ever try. No yeast, no rising time, no fuss. Just mix, knead, and roll, it’s so easy even kids can do it!

Pizza Dough
- 350g plain Greek yogurt
- 350g self-rising flour (or see below to make your own)
Topping Ideas:
- Brush with garlic butter
- Sprinkle some with parsley, others with Italian herbs
- Add crispy bacon bits for extra flavor
DIY Self-Rising Flour:
Mix the following to make 1 cup:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Add the yogurt and flour to a bowl.
- Mix until a dough forms, then knead for about 5 minutes until soft and smooth.
- Divide the dough into 4 portions and roll out into pizza bases.
- Top however you like and bake just like a regular pizza!
- Serve with baked trout (bake at 400°F for about the same time as the pizzas)
- Pair with a fresh carrot salad on the side
