Instructions

  1. Mix everything, cover with plastic, and let rise for about 2 hours.
  2. Preheat the oven to 450F/230C, with a Dutch oven pot inside.
  3. Liberally sprinkle more flour onto a work surface, spoon the (very wet) dough onto that, and dust with more flour.
  4. Fold over about 5–6 times.
  5. Dust a piece of baking parchment with more flour and drop the dough on the parchment paper, fold side down.
  6. Once the oven is to temperature, carefully place the parchment paper with dough into the Dutch oven pot, cover with the lid, and bake for 30 minutes.
  7. Remove the lid and bake for an additional 12–14 minutes until golden brown.
