Description
A perfect side dish for your fasting days.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1/2 butternut, cleaned and washed
- 3 tbsp sweetcorn
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Thyme to taste
- 1 tbsp butter
- 4 tbsp crumbled Feta
Instructions
- Season butternut with spices.
- Sprinkle sweetcorn over
- Place butter over
- Wrap in foil
- Cook in the oven at 180 degrees C / 350 degrees F forΒ 1 hour
- Then remove and sprinkle with feta
- Cook for a further 10 minutes
- Remove from oven and serve immediately
