Being Tuesday, our fasting day, it’s so difficult to please everyone, so I decided to make this very easy side dish.

Description

A perfect side dish for your fasting days.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 butternut, cleaned and washed
  • 3 tbsp sweetcorn
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Thyme to taste
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 4 tbsp crumbled Feta

Instructions

  1. Season butternut with spices.
  2. Sprinkle sweetcorn over
  3. Place butter over
  4. Wrap in foil
  5. Cook in the oven at 180 degrees C / 350 degrees F for 1 hour
  6. Then remove and sprinkle with feta
  7. Cook for a further 10 minutes
  8. Remove from oven and serve immediately
