A Side dish Roast Butternut with Feta for a fasting day
Being Tuesday, our fasting day, it’s so difficult to please everyone, so I decided to make this very easy side dish.
A Side dish Roast Butternut with Feta
A perfect side dish for your fasting days.
- Prep Time: 10 minutes
- Cook Time: 70 minutes
- Total Time: 1 hour 20 minutes
- Yield: 3 servings 1x
- Category: Vegetarian
- Method: Easy
- 1/2 butternut, cleaned and washed
- 3 tbsp sweetcorn
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Thyme to taste
- 1 tbsp butter
- 4 tbsp crumbled Feta
- Season butternut with spices.
- Sprinkle sweetcorn over
- Place butter over
- Wrap in foil
- Cook in the oven at 180 degrees C / 350 degrees F for 1 hour
- Then remove and sprinkle with feta
- Cook for a further 10 minutes
- Remove from oven and serve immediately
