Description
Golden on top with a creamy center, All-In-One Coconut Milk Tart is a true crowd pleaser. It looks fancy, but it takes just minutes to prepare.

- 4 large eggs
- 50 g (3 1/2 Tbsp) butter, melted and cooled
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup of cake flour
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 2 cups coconut milk, at room temperature
- 1 cup desiccated coconut (not sweetened, shredded)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Ground cinnamon or toasted coconut flakes for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a 30 cm pie dish.
- In a big mixing bowl, whisk eggs until smooth.
- Add melted butter, sugar, flour, salt, and baking powder. Mix well.
- Slowly whisk in milk, coconut, and vanilla until fully combined (batter will be thin).
- Pour into a dish and sprinkle with cinnamon, if desired.
- Bake 45 minutes, or until puffed, golden, and the center is just set.
- Cool for at least 15 minutes before slicing; the tart will sink slightly as it sets.
- Serve warm or chilled, topped with toasted coconut flakes for extra crunch.
