Description

Golden on top with a creamy center, All-In-One Coconut Milk Tart is a true crowd pleaser. It looks fancy, but it takes just minutes to prepare.

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a 30 cm pie dish.
  2. In a big mixing bowl, whisk eggs until smooth.
  3. Add melted butter, sugar, flour, salt, and baking powder. Mix well.
  4. Slowly whisk in milk, coconut, and vanilla until fully combined (batter will be thin).
  5. Pour into a dish and sprinkle with cinnamon, if desired.
  6. Bake 45 minutes, or until puffed, golden, and the center is just set.
  7. Cool for at least 15 minutes before slicing; the tart will sink slightly as it sets.
  8. Serve warm or chilled, topped with toasted coconut flakes for extra crunch.
