Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Nestlé Caramel Condensed Milk treat (OR you can make your own or use store-bought Caramel Dulce de Leche)
  • 1/4 cup Amarula or Baileys liqueur (as long as it's a cream liqueur)
  • 2 cans Carnation Thick Cream (OR use 300ml thickened cream)
  • ± 30 Sweet Pie Shells

Instructions

  1. Beat Nestlé Caramel condensed milk, Baileys, and thick cream until frothy, thick, and creamy in a bowl using a hand-held beater or in the bowl of a stand mixer.
  2. Refrigerate to set, as it’s a soft mixture.
  3. Spoon it into a piping bag with a star nozzle.
  4. Pipe the filling into Sweet Pie Shells, and decorate with grated chocolate, or enjoy as is.
