Description
My mom-in-law asked me to make Apo Appam Crepes for her. I did not even know you have to soak it overnight until I read the recipe, I used her recipe, she loves it.

- 250 g semolina
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 tsp yeast
- 1 cup warm water
- Add 1 egg
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 tablespoons sugar
Instructions
- Mix all the following ingredients: semolina, flour, yeast, and warm water, and soak it overnight.
- Then add the egg, baking powder, and sugar
- Mix well. It should be a nice thick pancake batter.
- Pour into a jug
- Use a Tawa or non-stick pan
- On medium heat add half tsp oil to the Tava and pour a litter batter into the pan.
- Once bubbles appear, turn it over and cook until a golden-brown color.
- Serve with cinnamon sugar and enjoy!
