Description

Sauce:

  • 1 tin Ideal Milk (evaporated milk)
  • 125 ml brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

Instructions

Tart

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine all tart ingredients until smooth.
  3. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
  4. Bake for 40–45 minutes, or until golden and cooked through.

Sauce

  1. In a small saucepan, heat Ideal Milk, brown sugar, and vanilla essence over medium heat until the sugar is dissolved and the mixture is hot.
  2. Remove the tart from the oven and immediately pour the warm sauce over it.
  3. Serve hot with custard or cream.
