Description

Give your dishes a creamy twist with our Avocado Mayonnaise Vegan. Perfect for salads, sandwiches, and everything in between.


Ingredients

  • 23 Avocados (flesh only)
  • 3 Tablespoons Oil (flavorless)
  • 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 2 Tablespoons Water (cold)
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Add the avocado flesh, oil, lemon juice, water, and salt into a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Store in a clean, dry glass jar in the refrigerator.
  4. Enjoy.
  5. Once blended, you may add chili flakes or cracked black pepper.
