- 2–3 Avocados (flesh only)
- 3 Tablespoons Oil (flavorless)
- 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 2 Tablespoons Water (cold)
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Add the avocado flesh, oil, lemon juice, water, and salt into a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Store in a clean, dry glass jar in the refrigerator.
- Enjoy.
- Once blended, you may add chili flakes or cracked black pepper.
