Description

Tried Baked Brie for People Who Think They Don’t Like Brie, and now I’m totally hooked
Do check out the simple fix that made all the difference

Ingredients

Scale

You may want to use 2 rounds of Brie, as one will not be enough!

Instructions

  1. Place the whole Brie in a small baking dish.
  2. Rub a little butter over the top.
  3. Sprinkle generously with brown sugar.
  4. Bake at 325°F for about 15 minutes.
  5. That’s it.

Grab some French bread, rip off a chunk, and scoop it straight from the dish. It melts into this sweet, buttery cheese dip that vanishes fast. Even Brie-haters will go back for seconds.
