You may want to use 2 rounds of Brie, as one will not be enough! 


Instructions

  1. Place the whole Brie in a small baking dish.
  2. Rub a little butter over the top.
  3. Sprinkle generously with brown sugar.
  4. Bake at 325°F for about 15 minutes.
  5. That’s it.

Grab some French bread, rip off a chunk, and scoop it straight from the dish. It melts into this sweet, buttery cheese dip that vanishes fast. Even Brie-haters will go back for seconds.
