5 Chicken breasts with all fat and skin removed, cooked and diced
1 onion chopped
1 tomato chopped
½ Green pepper sliced finely
10 Mushrooms sliced
2 teaspoons of fine garlic, salt, pepper, red chilli flakes and parsley
2 cups of cooked brown basmati rice
Fry slightly and mix with rice
10 small baby potatoes, sliced and parboiled
Put chicken and rice mix in bowl with some slices of low-fat cheese in between
Evenly spread the sliced potatoes over the chicken and rice mix, grate some low-fat cheese over and sprinkle generously with paprika.
Bake in over for 30 minutes
