Description

Looking for a treat that’s quick, fun, and doesn’t heat up the kitchen?  These Easy Biscuit Milo Balls are packed with flavor and super simple to whip up.  They freeze well (if they make it that far).

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 packet (250g) Marie biscuits, crushed
  • 1/2 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup applesauce
  • 10 tablespoons Milo
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup oats (3 x 1/3 cup)
  • Extra coconut for rolling

Instructions

  1. Crush the biscuits into fine crumbs (use a food processor if you have one).
  2. Throw everything into a large bowl: Milo, coconut, oats, condensed milk, applesauce, and the crushed biscuits. Mix it all up until sticky and blended.
  3. Pop the mix into the freezer for 1 hour, this makes it easier to roll.
  4. Scoop out teaspoon-sized bits, roll into balls with your hands, then roll them in coconut to coat.
  5. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes or freeze if you like them firmer (they’re extra tasty cold!).
  6. These are chewy, chocolatey, and take minutes to prep. Great for lunchboxes, snacks, or a quick treat fix.a
