- Butternut :- peeled & cubed, tossed in avocado oil, salt & pepper, roasted till tender
- Peppers:- cubed, sautéed in a pan in avocado oil then seasoned with salt & pepper
- Baby corn:- salted, tossed in avocado oil then grilled till tender
- Broccoli:- steamed then tossed in salt & pepper
- Black rice:- cooked as per package instructions
- Shrimp:- sautéed in avocado oil till fully cooked then seasoned with salt, pepper & chopped dill
- Assemble your bowl and enjoy!!
