Description

Elevate your meal game with our Black Rice Shrimp bowl


Ingredients

  • Butternut
  • Peppers
  • Baby corn
  • Broccoli
  • Black rice
  • Shrimp

Instructions

  1. Butternut :- peeled & cubed, tossed in avocado oil, salt & pepper, roasted till tender
  2. Peppers:- cubed, sautéed in a pan in avocado oil then seasoned with salt & pepper
  3. Baby corn:- salted, tossed in avocado oil then grilled till tender
  4. Broccoli:- steamed then tossed in salt & pepper
  5. Black rice:- cooked as per package instructions
  6. Shrimp:- sautéed in avocado oil till fully cooked then seasoned with salt, pepper & chopped dill
  7. Assemble your bowl and enjoy!!
