Description

Blueberry Yogurt Ice Cream Sticks Made for Summer Snacking. Easy to prep, fun to eat, perfect for snack time or sunny afternoons with no mess.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 150g low-fat Greek yogurt
  • 150g blueberries
  • Sweetener (optional)
  • 10 skewers

Instructions

  1. Thread the blueberries onto the skewers.
  2. Stir the sweetener into the Greek yogurt (if you’re using any).
  3. Dip or spoon the yogurt over each blueberry skewer until fully coated.
  4. Lay them flat on a tray or plate and freeze for a few hours.
  5. Once frozen, they’re ready to eat, cool, creamy, and fruity!
