- 1-1 1/2 cups frozen blackberries
- 1 banana
- 4 heaped tbsp Greek low-fat yogurt
- 4 Medjool dates, pitted
- A small handful of cashew nuts
- Unsweetened coconut milk, enough to blend
- Slivered almonds, for decoration and a bit of crunch
Instructions
- Grab your blender and toss in 1–1½ cups frozen blackberries, 1 banana, 4 heaped tbsp Greek low-fat yogurt, 4 Medjool dates, and a small handful of cashew nuts.
- Pour in just enough unsweetened coconut milk to get everything moving smoothly.
- Blitz the mixture until silky smooth, but don’t stress if a few bits of nuts remain, that’s kinda nice!
- Pour into your favorite glass and sprinkle a few slivered almonds on top for a little crunch.
- Sip immediately and enjoy that fresh, fruity start to your day!
