Breakfast No Cheese Spinach Omelette

Great start to the day with a spinach omelet, sautéed mushrooms, and bacon griller.


Units Scale
  • 34 Eggs
  • 1 cup Baby Spinach
  • 1 onion (diced)
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • Chili Flakes (optional)
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Paprika
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter


  1. Crack eggs into a bowl, add all the seasonings, and beat well.
  2. Heat butter in a pan and cook onion till soft.
  3. Pour in the eggs and cook till just set then lay spinach over the eggs and fold in half.
  4. Flip to brown on either side.
  5. Enjoy!!
