Breakfast No Cheese Spinach Omelette is a great start to your day.  Enjoy a spinach omelet,  with sautéed mushrooms, and bacon grillers and your entire family will be so happy and no need for anything more as it’s super delicious and filling.

 

What is an Omelette?

In cuisine, an omelette (as per WIkipedia) or omelet is a dish made from beaten eggs, fried with butter or oil in a frying pan. It is quite common for the omelette to be folded around fillings such as chives, vegetables, mushrooms, meat, or some combination of the above. 
Is spinach omelette good for you?
Containing only seven calories per cup, adding spinach will add loads of nutrients with no unwanted calories to your omelet. Rich in iron, spinach boosts your strength and metabolism. So, making your omelet nutrient-rich, spinach suppresses hunger by keeping you fuller for longer.
Are omelettes healthy?
It all depends on what you put into your omelet, but loaded up with veggies and cooked with minimal butter, omelets are a healthy way to kick off your day! Along with nutrient-packed kale and mushrooms, there are a lot of great reasons to eat eggs.

Breakfast No Cheese Spinach Omelette

Omelette with spinach, mushrooms and sausage on the side
Prep Time 5 minutes
Cook Time 10 minutes
Total Time 15 minutes

Ingredients

  • 3-4 Eggs
  • 1 cup Baby Spinach
  • 1 onion (diced)
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • Chili Flakes (optional)
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Paprika
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter

Instructions

Crack eggs into a bowl, add all the seasonings, and beat well.

Heat butter in a pan and cook onion till soft.

Pour in the eggs and cook till just set then lay spinach over the eggs and fold in half.

Flip to brown on either side.

Enjoy!!
