Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp Ghee
  • 1/2 cup Cream
  • 2 cups Milk Powder
  • 1/3 cup Sugar/Sugar Alternative
  • Ground Elachi (1 Tsp to taste)
  • Rose Essence (1 Tsp to taste)
  • 5-6 Tbsp semi-sweet white and milk chocolate (for decorating as needed)
  • 2 Tbsp Ground Pistachio Nuts (for decorating as needed)
  • 2 Tbsp Ground Almonds (for decorating as needed)
  • 2 Tbsp Unsweetened Desiccated Coconut (for decorating as needed)

Instructions

  1. Heat the ghee and cream on a low heat.
  2. Pour in the sugar and stir till it dissolves.
  3. Add in the elachi and rose essence.
  4. Add in the milk powder a little at a time.
  5. Stir until it has cooked and forms a soft mixture.
  6. Remove from heat and allow the mixture to cool a little.
  7. Once the mixture is cool enough to handle, shape it into small balls and place it on a baking sheet.
  8. Refrigerate to set.
  9. Melt your choice of chocolate.
  10. Once it is set, dip it into melted chocolate and decorate it to your liking.
  11. Enjoy!!
