Butterscotch Squares a perfect treat for any occasion!
A perfect and delectable sweet treat with coconut for any occasion!
- Prep Time: 10 minutes
- Cook Time: 10 minutes
- Total Time: 20 minutes
- Yield: 20 cubes depending on size 1x
Ingredients
- ½ cup butter
- 1 x 11-ounce package butterscotch chips
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup flaked coconut
- ½ to 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 3½ cups miniature marshmallows
Instructions
In a double boiler, heat butter, butterscotch chips, and peanut butter until melted.
Remove from heat.
Stir in coconut, walnuts, and marshmallows.
Pour mixture in a buttered pan.
Optional: Drizzle melted chocolate over marshmallows
Refrigerate and cut into squares. Store in the refrigerator.
