- 500g Spaghetti (any long pasta)
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- 100g Parmesan (grated)
- Freshly Ground Black Pepper
Instructions
- Cook the pasta as per box instructions, drain but reserve 1 cup of the cooking water.
- Melt the butter in a pan, add in the black pepper, and simmer for a few minutes then add in the pasta and the pasta water.
- Toss then sprinkle over the parmesan and allow it to slowly melt into the liquid creating a sauce.
- Add more pasta water (if needed) and toss to coat in the sauce.
- Serve and enjoy!!
