Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 500g Spaghetti (any long pasta)
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter
  • 100g Parmesan (grated)
  • Freshly Ground Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta as per box instructions, drain but reserve 1 cup of the cooking water.
  2. Melt the butter in a pan, add in the black pepper, and simmer for a few minutes then add in the pasta and the pasta water.
  3. Toss then sprinkle over the parmesan and allow it to slowly melt into the liquid creating a sauce.
  4. Add more pasta water (if needed) and toss to coat in the sauce.
  5. Serve and enjoy!!
