Description

 When life gives you ripe bananas, make caramel banana muffin bread. Sweet, soft, and packed with walnuts.

Instructions

  1. Mix everything well until smooth.
  2. Scoop the batter into 24 muffin cups lined with paper liners or pour it into a loaf pan.
  3. Let it rest for about 20 minutes before baking.
  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C).
  5. Muffins take about 20–25 minutes.
  6. If you use a loaf pan, bake for 30–35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.

For a crunchy twist, press some extra walnut pieces on top of a few muffins before baking. Just press them lightly so they stick.
