Cauliflower and Chickpea Korma
- 3 Tablespoons Oil
- 3–4 Tablespoons Korma Paste
- 1 Cauliflower (chopped)
- 1 Can Chickpeas (drained)
- 2–3 Tablespoons Plain Yogurt
- Chopped Coriander (garnish)
- Salt to taste
- About 1/3 Cup Water (to thin the sauce out)
Naan Bread
- 2–2 1/2 Cups Flour
- 1 tablespoon of Oil
- 1 Teaspoon of Salt
- 1/2 cup of Warm Water
- 1 Teaspoon of Sugar
- 1 Package of Yeast
- 1/2 cup Milk
Instructions
Cauliflower and Chickpea Korma
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add in the paste and cook out for about 5 minutes.
- Add in the cauliflower florets, salt, and water, and cook till tender.
- Lastly, add the chickpeas and allow it to cook for 5 minutes more.
- Once thickened, remove from heat.
- Garnish with coriander and spoonfuls of yogurt.
- Serve warm and enjoy!!
Naan Bread
- Mix the yeast and sugar into the warm water.
- Allow it to sit for about 10 minutes until it foams.
- Mix flour and salt.
- Pour in the yeast mixture, oil, and milk.
- Stir well until a soft dough is formed.
- Turn out onto a lightly floured surface and knead for 10 minutes.
- Place in an oiled bowl and cover.
- Allow the dough to rise in a warm spot for an hour.
- Once risen, divide into smaller pieces and roll out.
- Cook on a hot pan brushing either side with melted butter.
