Ingredients

- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp instant yeast
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 cup warm water
- 1–2 cups of cheese
Instructions
- Add all dry ingredients to a bowl
- Mix gently
- Add oil and water
- Make it into a soft dough
- Knead the dough for 5 minutes
- Oil the bottom of a bowl
- Place the dough in the bowl
- Cover with cling wrap
- Leave for an hour or until it doubles in size
- Then, punch down gently
- Add whatever toppings you want
- Add plenty of cheese
- Bake in the oven at 180C/350F for ±20 minutes
- Enjoy
