Description

Bake your way to happiness with cheesy veggie focaccia bread.


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 tsp instant yeast
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 12 cups of cheese

Instructions

  1. Add all dry ingredients to a bowl
  2. Mix gently
  3. Add oil and water
  4. Make it into a soft dough
  5. Knead the dough for 5 minutes
  6. Oil the bottom of a bowl
  7. Place the dough in the bowl
  8. Cover with cling wrap
  9. Leave for an hour or until it doubles in size
  10. Then, punch down gently
  11. Add whatever toppings you want
  12. Add plenty of cheese
  13. Bake in the oven at 180C/350F for ±20 minutes
  14. Enjoy
