Ingredients
- Chicken livers
- Onions
- Garlic
- Cayenne pepper
- Cream

Instructions
- Wash the chicken livers and cut them into bite-sized chunks.
- Slice an onion in half, then chop it into smaller pieces.
- Heat a pan and sauté the onions until golden.
- Add garlic (we go heavy here because, well, garlic makes everything better) and let it cook for about a minute.
- Scoop the onion and garlic out and set them aside.
- In the same pan, fry the livers until they’re cooked through.
- Sprinkle in some cayenne pepper for a bit of heat, and add as much or as little as you like. Give it a moment to really mingle with the livers.
- Toss the onions and garlic back into the pan.
- Pour in some cream, stir it all up, and let it cook for another 2–3 minutes.
- That’s it, you’re ready to serve!
