Description

Make these Easy Chicken Wraps with Spicy Sauce and Fresh Veggies for a quick, flavor-packed dinner. Juicy chicken, fresh toppings, and a bold sauce make every bite delicious.

Sauce

  • 2 onions, thinly sliced
  • 3 rainbow peppers, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp tomato sauce (ketchup works fine)
  • 1 tbsp mustard sauce
  • 1 tbsp chili sauce or garlic peri-peri sauce

Serving

  • 6 wraps or tortillas, warmed
  • Fresh lettuce leaves
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • 1/2 cucumber, sliced
  • Optional: grated cheese, sour cream, or avocado slices

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large pan.
  2. Add chicken, ginger garlic paste, chillies, and all the spices.
  3. Stir fry on medium-high heat for about 8–10 minutes until chicken is cooked through and lightly golden.
  4. In a separate pan, sauté onions and peppers until softened and most of the water has cooked out (about 8–10 minutes).
  5. Stir in tomato sauce, mustard, and chili or peri-peri sauce.
  6. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until heated through.
  7. Add the chicken to the sauce and stir well so it’s nicely coated.
  8. Warm your wraps.
  9. Add lettuce, tomato, and cucumber.
  10. Spoon over the chicken mixture.
  11. Top with cheese, sour cream, or avocado if you like.
  12. Roll up and serve warm.
