A special treat for your cookie tin.Β  It’s a delectable cocoa and chocolate snack with a special treat of peppermint crisp chocolate

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 230 g butter
  • 2 cups coconut
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 cups cake flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp sifted cocoa
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 medium peppermint crisp chocolate

Instructions

  1. Beat butter and sugar well.
  2. Add all dry ingredients and vanilla.
  3. Make it into dough.
  4. Grease the baking sheet and spread the dough.
  5. Bake at 160C/320F for 20-25 min.
  6. Remove while still hot
  7. Grate chocolate and cut it into squares
