- 230 g butter
- 2 cups coconut
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 cups cake flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp sifted cocoa
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 medium peppermint crisp chocolate
Instructions
- Beat butter and sugar well.
- Add all dry ingredients and vanilla.
- Make it into dough.
- Grease the baking sheet and spread the dough.
- Bake at 160C/320F for 20-25 min.
- Remove while still hot
- Grate chocolate and cut it into squares
