Description
Treat yourself to the delight of our Quiche Extravaganza, a yummy Crustless Chicken 2 Cheese Quiche experience that’s sure to tickle your taste buds. A delicious blend of tender chicken and creamy cheese baked to perfection. Perfect for a quick lunch or a satisfying dinner.

- 1 Rotisserie Chicken
- 2 tbsp All-purpose flour
- 150 ml Milk
- 350 ml Cream
- 5 large Eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp Dried Mustard powder
- 320 g grated Cheddar cheese.
- 200 g cubed Feta cheese
- A pinch of Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp Italian spice seasoning
- A Large Handful of Fresh Chopped Parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 190°C./ 375°F.
- Mix flour with approximately 50ml of milk together, to form a paste.
- Add the mustard, eggs, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, chopped parsley, and the rest of the milk and cream. Mix through.
- Add the shredded deboned chicken, cheddar cheese as well as cubed feta cheese and mix gently.
- Pour into a large pre-greased oven dish.
- Decorate with some extra chopped parsley.
- Bake for 45 – 55 minutes or when tested with a paring knife it’s cooked through.
- Stick the knife into the center of the quiche for testing. Make sure the knife comes out clean, but if there is raw egg on the knife continue to cook until ready.
- Don’t confuse the melted cheese for raw egg when testing!
- Grill the dish for the last 5-10 minutes, to get a nice color and golden baked top.
- Let it rest for at least 15 minutes before serving.
- Serve hot with peas or cold with a green salad or however you like it.
- I promise you, it tastes good or even better, should you have leftovers the next day.
