Description

Transform your mornings with the irresistible taste of Delicious Health Bran Rusks

Instructions

  1. Mix all dry ingredients.
  2. Melt 500 gr margarine in microwave.
  3. Add in 500 gr buttermilk and 2 eggs
  4. Add to dry mixture and knead well
  5. Divide the mixture in half and press into the 2 oven pans.
  6. Cut desired sizes before cooking (and again along the same lines after baking)
  7. Bake at 180C/375F for 1 hour.
  8. Remove from pans and lay on oven shelves to dry out at 100 degrees till crispy for 2 to 3 hours.
