Description

One bowl. No fuss. Easy Cheesy Corn/Mielie Braai Bread is your new go-to for every braai or rainy day


Ingredients

  • 500 g self-raising flour
  • 250 g cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 cup frozen corn
  • 500 ml buttermilk
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 packet KNORR Cheese and Bacon Potato Bake mix

Instructions

  1. Heat your oven to 180Β°C (350Β°F).
  2. Mix everything in a bowl, save a little cheese for the top.
  3. Spoon the dough into a greased loaf tin (or two small ones).
  4. Sprinkle with the leftover cheese.
  5. Bake for about an hour, or until golden and cooked all the way through.
  6. Serve it hot, buttery, and alongside your favorite grilled meats.

This one’s always a hit at a BBQ/braai!
